We're seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) within Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). You'll lead end‑to‑end solution design for complex product models-including pricing, promotions, lifecycle/versioning, and omni‑channel selling-ensuring alignment across CPQ, Order Management, Commerce, and downstream fulfillment systems. You'll partner cross‑functionally to enable scalable catalog governance, accelerate product launch cycles, and deliver high-quality customer/agent experiences.

Skills and Requirements
- 7-10+ years in Salesforce solution design; 3-5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), specifically Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).
Demonstrated experience with:
-Product/Offer modeling: bundles, decompositions, attributes/specs, rule configuration (compatibility, cardinality, context).
-Pricing & Promotions: charges, fees, discounts, eligibility, price matrices, proration, effective dating.
-Versioning & Lifecycle: multi-version management, phased rollouts, backward compatibility, archive/retire strategies.
-Industries CPQ design and integration to Order Management (SOM/OM) and downstream systems.
Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs/events, and catalog governance in enterprise environments.
Experience working with omni-channel commerce and agent/CSR flows; ensuring parity and fulfillment feasibility.
Proficient with Agile delivery; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Industry background in Communications/Media, Energy/Utilities, Public Sector, or Financial Services with complex offerings.
Familiarity with TM Forum models (Product/Service/Resource) and Open APIs for catalog/ordering concepts.
Knowledge of contract testing and test data virtualization for catalog change validation.
Exposure to performance testing for CPQ/commerce flows and security/RBAC for catalog administration.
Certifications: Salesforce Industries CPQ/EPC, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Order Management.
