Jobs Description:

• Designing Data Models for Salesforce Success Salesforce Data Architects must deeply understand the Salesforce platform s data model, including standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships. They use this knowledge to design data models that align with business requirements and promote efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Data Integration Strategies for Salesforce Architects Integrating data from various sources is crucial for providing a holistic view of customer interactions and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
• Salesforce Data Architects create integration strategies that facilitate seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems, such as Res, PMS, Data Warehouse, ERP, etc.. Look for individuals who can leverage tools like APIs, ETL platforms, and third-party connectors to streamline data integration and ensure data consistency across the organization.
• Ensuring Data Quality and Compliance in Salesforce Maintaining data quality is vital for delivering accurate insights and driving business success.
• Salesforce Data Architects implement data validation, deduplication, and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. They also develop data governance frameworks that outline data ownership, access, and maintenance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and CBDT. Experience with master data management, data governance, data security, data quality and related tools desired.
• The Art of Data Migration and Transformation Salesforce Data Architects are critical in planning and executing these transformation projects, ensuring data is accurately mapped, transformed, and loaded into the new environment. Demonstrate deep data integration and/or migration experience with Salesforce.com and other cloud-enabled tools.
• Must have Salesforce Certification(s). Data Architect certification preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills is a MUST.
