Our Conference allows students the opportunity to get an inside look at what it's like to work for A Family Company at Work for a Better World and understand more about our robust internship program. You'll get to interact with leaders and team members from teams such as Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, RD&E, IT, or HR to understand their work to see if you could see yourselves on their teams!
After attending the conference, you should expect to:The Conference will end with an interview with you and our recruiting team for a Summer 2027 internship!
Who should participate?If you meet the qualifications after applying through RippleMatch, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to apply through SC Johnson's career page. Since space is limited, a formal application must be completed, and a selection process will take place in Spring 2026. SC Johnson will cover travel and lodging expenses for the conference.
