Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Remote Teacher for Students with Visual Impairments to join our team. If you're someone who is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with unique learning needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with visual impairments.
Deliver direct instruction across various subjects, adapting teaching materials and methods to meet each student's specific needs.
Leverage assistive technologies and other resources to enhance students' learning experiences.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and support staff to ensure a unified approach to each student's education.
Additional duties as needed to support students' progress and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
Certification or endorsement in Teaching Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) is required.
Prior experience working with students with visual impairments is preferred, but not mandatory.
