Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Sales Administrator

Salary: $1,200 to $1,400 USD Monthly

We’re on the hunt for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s excited to wear multiple hats! You’ll drive lead generation and also help with key administrative tasks that keep the sales process running like clockwork. Bonus: you’ll learn the ins and outs of accounting and tax services in a dynamic, fun and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the way - Conduct 4-5 intro calls daily (15-20 minutes each) with potential clients.
• Get creative - Reach out through emails, LinkedIn and more to uncover and qualify leads.
• Be the connector - Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and our accounting experts.
• Keep the flow going - Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales goals.
• Stay on top of things - Record your outreach efforts in our CRM tools (Kajabi and ClickUp).
• Work with marketing - Team up to align your outreach with creative campaigns.
• Discovery Calls -  Handle administrative tasks related to managing and scheduling client discovery calls
• Support -  Assist with coordination and smooth transitions between sales stages.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• Previous experience as an SDR.
• C1-level English, written and spoken.
• A knack for organization and attention to detail.
• Confidence using CRM systems (Kajabi, ClickUp, Salesforce or HubSpot are great!)
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• The ability to juggle tasks like a pro in a fast-paced environment.

Extra Points for:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and US tax principles (don’t worry, they’ll train you!).
