### About the Role
As an integral part of our team, you'll work with multiple clients, from startups to well-established companies, providing full-service accounting solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
- Assisting in financial accounting processes, including reconciliations and month-end close
- Preparing financial statements and management reports
- Addressing client inquiries and providing insightful financial guidance

### What You'll Need
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or CPA candidate a plus
- Verifiable professional references
