An experienced Organizational Change Management Consulting professional who has a broad understanding of industry best practices, change models, strong communication skills. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to enhance adoption of Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to target measurable behavior change, conduct extensive analysis of needs and culture, help manage client transition change plan, and oversee its implementation. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with organizations and establishing governance structures and project charters.

**Responsibilities**
An experienced Organizational Change Management Consulting professional who has a broad understanding of industry best practices, change models, strong communication skills.
Ultimately, you'll help our customers, and our internal teams leverage our methodology to realize their business goals in conjunction with their teams to drive behavior change and successful adoption of our tools. Specifically, you will:
+ Plan, develop and execute the Change Management deliverables such as the change strategy, communication plan, end-user enablement plan, governance structures, project charters, and Change Impact Analysis
+ Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutioning
+ Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching
+ Provide insight into our methodology and IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies
+ Create new change management innovations
+ Provide consultative services to client in change management best practices

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
