Job Description

Azimuth Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Visual Information Designer in support of a Navy customer in Dahlgren, VA . *Positions contingent upon contract award* Responsibilities for these roles include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Use multiple mediums, including digital signage, website, social media, podcasts and other communication products.
• Design and produce technical and artistic illustration and graphic artwork for brochures, posters, exhibits, displays, and logos.
• Provide design, graphics, and production services for plaques and custom framing/matting.
• Perform design and development of 3-D models, audio, photography, animation, and simulation products, shooting digital photographs, digital editing and production and interactive/multi-media products.
• Design, develop, and produce physical exhibits, displays, posters and banners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Graphic Design, or Animation & 7 years of relevant experience
• Expert in designing and developing visual information and graphic art products.
• Demonstrated knowledge and capable of running graphic production equipment.
• Experience with:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Production Premium OR Adobe Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • After Effects
• Active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements / Travel

• Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
• May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
