The company is a leading international B2B supplier of elastic special textiles for medical and pharmaceutical companies. In the BRAWO SYSTEMS business unit, professional users in the real estate and construction industries are addredded with the BRAWOLINER, BRAWO TECH and BRAWO Academy brands.

In its core medical business, KOB has been a development partner and manufacturer of elastic medical bandages and fabrics for leading brand suppliers wordlwide for over 120 years. KOB products are used as bandages in compression therapy, for support and relief as well as for fixation. In addition, the special medical textiles are used for the production of plasters and as a carrier fabric for Transdermal Therapeutic Systems.

More than 20 years ago, KOB successfully expanded its textile expertise as a global system provider in the manufacture and sale of a trenchless rehabilitation system for sewage sytems in the field of builiding and property drainage for the real estate and construction industries with the BRAWO SYSTEMS business unit.

With around 1,240 employees, KOB has a global presence with two production plants and five sales locations. KOB is part of the HARTMANN GROUP.

Service Technician (m/f/d) USA

BRAWO SYSTEMS GmbH

Start Date: January 1, 2026

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer training sessions on-site at distribution partners and clients in the USA & Canada
• Providing on-site support at construction sites in the USA & Canada
• Delivering qualified technical consulting on the application of trenchless rehabilitation methods for sewer pipes

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience, preferably with relevant experience in wastewater technology
• Strong communication skills and excellent ability to work in a team
• High level of independence and self-motivation
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are considered an asset
• Solid knowledge of standard PC applications
