Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Agentic Workflows: Build complex, multi-step workflows that enable AI agents to reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Advanced Scripting: Utilize your expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.) to create robust and scalable solutions.
• Custom Application Development: Build custom applications on the Now Platform to support and extend our agentic AI initiatives.
• API and Integration Hub: Develop and manage integrations with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and the ServiceNow Integration Hub to ensure seamless data flow and process orchestration.
• Now Assist and AI Agent Studio: Leverage the latest ServiceNow AI technologies, including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, to create and configure intelligent agents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and continuously optimize the performance and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Scripting Expertise: Proven mastery of JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting (server-side and client-side).
• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
• API and Integrations: Strong experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and building custom integrations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agentic AI Experience: Hands-on experience with building or integrating agentic AI solutions.
• AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
• Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
