In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating unforgettable ski trips to the best resorts for families and friends. The best part? You could also do it while traveling. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for our clients, ensuring they enjoy the slopes while we handle the logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and select top ski resorts based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Plan and organize travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Negotiate with resorts and vendors to secure the best rates and packages.
- Manage bookings and ensure all details are confirmed prior to departure.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new ski destinations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in travel coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ski resorts and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
