Lioness, founded by Stephanie Redlener, is looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand and thought leadership to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters—helping translate bold ideas into magnetic, high-impact content.

The Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled, visually-driven social media expert who will work closely with the founder to

• Develop and refine thought leadership content, turning deep insights into powerful posts for Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Create compelling, high-quality videos (Reels, Stories, short-form clips) that feel elevated, magnetic, and engaging.
• Design and create beautifully branded graphics, carousels, and video content that align with the Lioness aesthetic—fierce, elegant, and deeply feminine.
• Manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistency, quality, and engagement.
• Create branded templates for a cohesive and high-impact social media presence.
• Format and design newsletters to enhance readability and visual appeal.
• Stay ahead of social media and video trends, ensuring our content is fresh and optimized for engagement.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in brand strategy and positioning.
• Can add light animation or motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Understand content analytics and how to optimize posts for visibility and reach.

Details:

• Part-time or freelance
• Remote position—flexible hours, but responsiveness and timeliness are key.

Requirements

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are fluent in Instagram & LinkedIn—you know how to craft content that engages, converts, and builds a powerful brand presence.
• Are skilled at video editing—you can take raw footage and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping short-form content (Reels, Stories, etc.).
• Have strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and a great eye for aesthetics.
• Know how to repurpose and package thought leadership content into high-quality posts that feel polished and intentional.
• Understand the art of brand storytelling—creating content that feels aligned, deep, and resonant.
• Love collaborating closely—this role works directly with Stephanie to refine and elevate Lioness’ and Stephanie Redlener content strategy.
• Are passionate about women’s empowerment, embodiment, and leadership.
