We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to elevate our brand through engaging digital storytelling, video production, and online marketing.

Position Overview

This hybrid role blends on-site field videography with digital marketing leadership. You’ll be out in the field capturing footage with cameras and drones — then bringing that content to life through editing, strategy, and storytelling.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on active construction sites, thrives creatively, and understands how to produce content that connects with audiences on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram .

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Production

• Film and photograph projects using professional cameras and drones.
• Produce and edit compelling short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok.
• Capture on-site and behind-the-scenes content — including nighttime pours and time-lapse footage .
• Develop new creative concepts to highlight our work, team, and impact.

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms.
• Write engaging captions and develop campaigns to build engagement and brand awareness.
• Track metrics and adjust strategy based on performance analytics.
• Stay on top of trends in video and social media marketing.

Website & Collaboration

• Work directly with our website developer to update galleries, news, and visuals.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Travel

• Occasionally travel to out-of-state project sites to capture footage.
• All travel expenses (lodging, per diem, and mileage reimbursement) will be covered by Structurecrete.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content creation, or video production.
• Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong creative instincts and understanding of viral content trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working around active construction environments (safety training provided).
• Willingness to work occasional night hours to film nighttime pours.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Work Environment

• Hybrid: On-site filming as needed; all editing and marketing work can be done remotely.
• Location: Based near our operational sites in Oklahoma (or within reasonable travel distance).

Compensation

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel
• Company-paid travel expenses for out-of-state projects
• Equipment support and creative development opportunities
