Job Description

1.Experience: 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for international audiences. Experience in industries such as automotive, consumer electronics (3C), or FMCG is a plus. 2.Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory). Knowledge of Dutch and/or Chinese is highly preferred. 3.Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Basic proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software. 4.Soft Skills: Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of influencer marketing or experience coordinating partnerships. Understanding of SEO and paid advertising strategies is a bonus. 1.Social Media Management: Manage and execute daily operations for key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics to maintain an active and vibrant online presence. Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. 2.Content Creation and Curation: Assist in brainstorming and creating high-quality content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to specific platforms and audience segments. Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visually appealing and engaging assets. Research trends, hashtags, and emerging topics to incorporate into creative campaigns. 3.Community Management: Actively engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering positive relationships with followers. Monitor and report user feedback to ensure a positive brand image and enhance user satisfaction. 4.Campaign Support: Support social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and campaign analysis. Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable. 5.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure social media aligns with overall campaign goals. Assist in integrating social media efforts into broader marketing strategies.
