This project explores themes of queer identity, digital aesthetics, and emotional expression within the framework of experimental pop music. The role involves structuring and executing a three-month social media campaign around the release of the debut single, with a focus on building a meaningful visual identity and authentic audience connection. Key platforms include TikTok and Instagram, with content such as videos, visuals, behind-the-scenes material, and strategic input on ad budgeting. The ideal candidate brings an understanding of electronic, alternative, or queer-oriented music culture and has familiarity with Brussels’s creative scene. Proven experience managing social media for artists, musicians, or creative projects
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategy, trends, and platform tools
Ability to structure and execute a three-month campaign, including content scheduling and performance tracking
Familiarity with experimental pop, electronic music, alternative culture, or queer artistic spaces
Knowledge of the Brussels creative scene is highly desirable
Creative mindset with the ability to offer constructive input beyond generic growth tactics
Comfortable collaborating with artists on visual identity, messaging, and authentic audience building
Experience with basic ad budgeting and promotional strategy is a plus
Availability to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration if based in Brussels
