Social Media Marketing Manager Location Remote : Crawford Group is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager for a client of ours. About Crawford Group. We are revolutionizing how marketing gets done! Responsibilities: Create and implement a comprehensive content and campaign strategy that aligns with marketing goals Produce engaging content, including videos, blog posts, social media posts, and more, to effectively reach and engage target audiences Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery across existing channels while exploring and managing new ones Establish strong partnerships across Marketing, Communications, and Brand teams to identify potential content creation opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce and publish social-first content on LinkedIn, and Twitter Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in social media for B2B companies is required; security industry a plus Social Media Strategy and a good understanding of social media KPIs Proven experience with growing and engaging followers Experience with design and animation and working knowledge of creative tools Proficiency in writing for various platforms, with strong copywriting skills LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Sprout Social a plus - familiarity with best practices for each channel and social listening Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinker with problem-solving skills Work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational, time-management, and self-management skills Experience with blogging platforms is a plus Experience with paid social BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field Location: Remote, Westcoast time zone preferred Duration: Part-time 10-15 hours per week Rate: $60-$65/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location) Committed to Diversity.
