Your Mission as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist

As our Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our online presence, visual storytelling, and internal marketing materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Capturing the Action: Take high-quality photos and videos of job sites, projects, and team events to showcase our work and culture.
• Driving Social Media Engagement: Manage and update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others), creating dynamic and engaging posts to grow our audience and maintain a consistent online presence.
• Designing Marketing Materials: Create brochures, flyers, and other promotional content to be used for client outreach, events, and presentations.
• Telling Our Story: Develop compelling content that aligns with our brand, highlights our achievements, and communicates our mission to clients and the community.
• Analyzing and Adapting: Monitor engagement metrics and performance analytics to refine strategies and ensure the success of campaigns.
• Supporting Internal Initiatives: Assist with other marketing-related tasks, including email campaigns, internal communications, and website updates.

What We Seek in Our Social Media & Marketing Specialist

• Creative Visionary: You have an eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
• Social Media Guru: Proficient in managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and experienced in creating engaging posts, stories, and videos.
• Tech-Savvy and Skilled: Familiar with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Organized and Adaptable: Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pivot when needed.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Marketing: At least 2 years of experience in a social media, marketing, or content creation role, preferably within a service-based or creative industry.
• Driver’s License Required: Comfortable traveling to job sites or events to capture content.
