Solder Assembler job at Gpac Derry, NH, US

Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Micro-electronic Solder / Assembler . The ideal candidates needs to be comfortable working in a small businesses in a laid back atmosphere where team collaboration is vital. This role is performed in a Clean Room Environment, performing various assembly tasks on ceramic substrates or related metal packages.

Responsibilities:

* Prior microelectronics assembly experience required
* Assemble and solder under a microscope
* Attach and remove components and wires/wire bonding
* Rework
* Die attach, encapsulation, solder reflow
* Complete all paperwork, time sheets, etc.
* Follow ISO practices and work instructions
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Observe ESD practices and cleanliness requirements
