• Appropriate NJ Department of Education Certification.
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree.

CLIENT REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
• Collaborate with other awesome professionals like yourself.
• Monitor and document student progress.
