Senior Domestic, Individual Life Underwriter

Offers upward advancement to Director level

Long standing client will hire an experienced domestic life underwriter who
brings at least 5 years of experience in same role and who wants to grow into International and assume upward advancement titles. This is a growth opportunity due to a retirement with a path ahead to become Manager/Director/VP of Underwriting - domestic and International. Four-year degree is required, and insurance certifications are considered plusses. EKG
certification or near is required. Full benefit package is provided, is not bonus eligible.

Relocation assistance can be negotiated at offer.

+Spanish speaking will be a plus
+Requires someone who is self-motivated and who is a student of
the Underwriting Manual guidelines
+Must bring a working understanding of TPA operations and ability
to build those relationships
+Will have approval authority up to 250K and should bring same
level of authority into this role
+A critical requirement will be for this hire to bring an understanding of
insurance back-office operations
+Unwritten would be for this hire to aspire to upward advancement
and growth
+Requires an understanding of medical and financial aspects of underwriting
+Requires experience working with agents and developing those relationships
+A history and dedication to providing a Superior Customer
Experience is a requirement
