Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead high-impact projects, mentor teams, and drive strategic initiatives? We are seeking a proven leader with a track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with clients, and facilitating successful bids. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project & Bid Management:

• Lead and manage bid teams from the initial documentation phase through to final bid submission.
• Analyze CCIP opportunities and SDI/Bond to evaluate project risks and financial feasibility.
• Develop RFP responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms with owners, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Mentor and train Project Managers (PMs) and Project Engineers (PEs), fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Conduct toolbox talks and support on-site teams with best practices in safety and efficiency.

✅ Risk Management & Safety Compliance:

• Identify potential project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular, documented safety audits using SafetyNet to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead project startup and closeout meetings to align all stakeholders and ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in project management, bid facilitation, and client collaboration.

✔️ Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior professionals, and drive process improvements.

✔️ Strong experience in contract negotiation, risk analysis, and financial evaluation of projects.
