Location: Green Bay Office | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm | In-person

We're currently seeking a full-time, experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in Green Bay. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful work and thrives in a collaborative, small-office environment where every contribution matters.

Your Role: Responsibilities Include:

• General ledger journal entries and account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations and processing rent payments
• Construction accounting and accounts payable
• Serve as a back-up to property management A/P, including vendor invoice processing, credit card reconciliations, and weekly payments
• Prepare various accounting documents using Excel and Word
• Assist with accounting-related projects and support general office functions, such as answering phones and processing mail

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4–5 years of general accounting experience, including accounts payable
• Associate’s degree in Accounting required (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Experience in real estate development or property management is a bonus
• Comfortable working in a small office setting with a collaborative mindset
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable team player
