We are currently looking for a self-starting, professional individual to help lead and oversee the staffing in the Hebron Market. This is a permanent full-time position. Duties

• Manage and oversee small internal team to ensure staffing needs, client relationships and order volume is fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Check in with clients periodically to ensure and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Facilitate hiring events and retention activities 
• Facilitate coaching, onboarding, assisting directly at the client's location, and act as a liaison to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor
• Conduct and oversee new hire orientations, onboard candidates and fulfil client orders
• Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover
• Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
• Assist and oversee recruiting and fulfilment 

Qualifications

• Prior Management experience
• Prior experience in the staffing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary
• Previous experience within the light industrial industry preferred
• High energy with positive team focused attitude
• Sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Attention to detail
