Title :: Arizona Youth Survey Meeting Facilitator
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have the ability to plan, organize, and facilitate discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain neutrality during the discussion to facilitate engagement among stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in group facilitation or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

• The service provider will meet with the AYS administration team to learn about the survey and establish agenda items for a total of three meetings to be held in March and April 2025.
• Lead and facilitate the discussions at the three meetings and finalize a comprehensive report of recommendations made by the 2026 AYS Working Group.
• Lead and manage group sessions for a full two-hour duration.

Facilitate discussions that encourage participation and ensure all voices are heard.
