Job Description

Are you a skilled customer service professional with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English? We're looking for a Temporary Call Center Agent to join our remote team for a short-term project. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service calls and outbound sales calls, ensuring a positive experience for customers. If you have previous call center experience and enjoy assisting customers, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Answer inbound customer service calls and assist with inquiries.

Make outbound sales calls to support various accounts.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to performance goals.

Properly document customer interactions.

Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.

Work remotely in a quiet space with reliable equipment and internet.

Attend mandatory paid training sessions.

Training Schedule

12/2/24: Welcome Training (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST)

12/3/24 - 12/6/24: USC Training (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST)

What We're Looking For

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred).

High School Diploma/GED required.

At least 2 years of call center experience required.

Experience with outbound calling and lead generation (preferred).

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes.

Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Proficiency in Windows-based software and internet browsing.

Reliable and consistent work ethic.

Equipment & Work Environment Requirements

Windows-based laptop or desktop (No tablets, Chromebooks, or iPads).

Mouse and landline phone (preferred).

High-speed internet (60 Mbps or higher).

A quiet, distraction-free workspace for calls.

Availability to start on December 2, 2024 and complete the project through January 3, 2025 (excluding Christmas and New Year's Day).
