This is a fully remote, 6-month contract opportunity (must reside in the USA). What You'll Do:
Lead the Charge: Oversee all testing phases of the o9 implementation, from integration and functional testing to QA and UAT.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and third-party partners to define and align on testing requirements.
Plan & Execute: Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios, ensuring all aspects of the system are thoroughly evaluated.
Ensure Data Integrity: Oversee the setup and management of test data across multiple environments, focusing on replicating a production-like data set and structure.
Manage Code Promotion: Ensure smooth and efficient code promotion across testing and production environments.
Optimize Performance: Monitor and optimize the performance of testing environments.
Validate Analytics: Design and execute test scenarios specifically for analytics systems, verifying data accuracy, insights, and report generation.
Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate test results and insights to technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and steering committees.
Utilize Your Tools: Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other test management platforms to streamline testing processes.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test lead role.
Proven experience testing analytics systems, with a strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and insights validation.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional testing teams.
Experience with integration testing, functional testing, QA, and UAT in complex enterprise systems.
Solid knowledge of test data setup and code promotion in multi-environment setups.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present test results and insights to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar test management platforms.
Experience with the o9 platform or other supply chain and assortment planning systems is highly desirable.
