Traffic Engineer Please See Below If interested please send your updated resume and 2-3 references : [email protected] Job Description We are currently seeking a Traffic Engineer to assist Civil Engineers and Project Managers with the preparation of transportation plans, traffic engineering analysis, and transportation studies. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing specifications and plans for roadway improvement projects, conducting technical analyses, and preparing transportation-related plans and graphics. Responsibilities Prepare specifications and plans for roadway improvement projects Conduct technical analysis Perform Traffic Calming studies and design Prepare technical reports Develop transportation-related plans and graphics Collect field data, traffic counts, and other research Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates Travel to job sites for site visits, data collection, and meetings as required Provide technical support for meetings Other duties as directed by staff Essential Skills Civil engineering Transportation engineering Traffic engineering Traffic studies Traffic analysis BS in Civil Engineering 3-10 years' experience in traffic engineering Experience with Civil 3D Additional Skills & Qualifications EIT preferred Experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD Experience in transportation design Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and supportive, with a 'work hard, play hard' ethos.
