ABOUT THE ROLE

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Treasury Relationship Manager to service existing customers and expand the portfolio of businesses and organizations that utilize bank services within the Greater Washington County Maryland Market, with an emphasis on Hagerstown, MD. This individual will be focused on generating new treasury and depository relationships along with merchant processing solutions, while maintaining the current portfolio. To be successful, this individual will execute business development activities, participate in and organize joint calls with other business line partners, perform account analysis reviews for current and prospective customers, and more.

When not meeting with clients, the home office location for this individual will be at 83 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD.

This role will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (2) year of treasury management, merchant processing, or external business development (in banking) experience, highly preferred.
• Familiarity with and well-connected to business opportunities in the Greater Hagerstown Region.
• Strong business development skills and great comfort in talking with centers of influences. Desire to cultivate community connections, centers of influence, internal referrals, and current clients in order to grow the book of business.
• Comfort level in reviewing and interpreting business financials, or strong inclination of being able to.
• Relationship centric; desire to serve in an advisor role to provide guidance and advice to customers in a planning mode.
• Ability to respond to competing demands.
• Valid Driver's license.
