Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Represent the firm’s clients in estate planning process.
• Draft various estate planning and trust administration documents.
• Assist clients with trust funding and advise accordingly.
• Manage trust and probate administration matters and meet deadlines.
• Maintain substantial client contact and collaborate closely with other attorneys in the department.
• Travel to branch offices as required based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience with Trust & Estates law.
• Admitted to practice in New York or able to waive into the NYS bar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
