Job Title: UI/UX Designer/Developer with React and Micro-Frontend
Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces for micro-frontend applications using React.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create user-centric designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
Implement responsive and accessible designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
Work with back-end teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality of micro-frontends.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability in a micro-frontend architecture.
Stay updated on best practices for micro-frontends and design trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
Proficiency in React and related technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience with micro-frontend architecture and frameworks (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa).
Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability standards.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of responsive design techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WCAG Compliance: Check adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for micro-frontend applications.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques specific to micro-frontend environments.
Experience with backend technologies or APIs that integrate with React applications.
Additional Notes:
A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
An understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
