SharePoint developer to migrate the agency's existing Drupal Intranet site into a SharePoint site. Will also help to identify SharePoint governance processes for the agency.
SOME ON SITE Required - see belowON SITE: Currently the majority of the role is remote however the candidate there may be requests to come into the office "as needed" and they will need to pick up any equipment IN PERSON if selected for the role. Local Richmond candidates preferred.
ABOUT THE ROLE SharePoint Developer - resource will be responsible for migrating our existing agency Drupal Intranet site over to a SharePoint site. Responsible for migrating existing functionality into a SharePoint site. Responsible for working with agency IT and Business stakeholders to determine existing features/functions which need to be migrated. Develop a roadmap plan for the migration/development of the new SharePoint site. Identify and document the architecture of the new site. Migrate or develop functionality of the new intranet site. Work with Division content owners and mentor them on how to manage their own content. SharePoint Governance:Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience
