Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to analyze, refine, and improve our fulfillment processes. This short-term consultancy role will focus on optimizing our warehouse operations, with a goal of enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Review current warehouse fulfillment processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve order picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Ensure fulfillment operations align with inventory control and production goals.
• Recommend tools and systems for enhancing warehouse accuracy and efficiency.
• Train warehouse teams on updated procedures and technologies.
• Deliver a detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, and best practices for sustainable fulfillment operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment best practices.
• Proven success in streamlining warehouse workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with and train teams.
