We are currently seeking a Windows & Door Installer Helper to support our skilled installation team and ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a great position to gain skills and promote to installer and installation leader!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of residential and commercial doors and windows.
• Help ensure proper fit, alignment, and sealing to meet quality standards.
• Prepare job sites by unloading materials and setting up necessary tools.
• Safely use hand and power tools under supervision.
• Remove old doors, windows, and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on job sites.
• Support the lead installer with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction or a similar trade is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop installation skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with construction tools and methods preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
