Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Work From Home Vacation Planner to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in designing, booking, and organizing their dream vacations. This position is ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys working with people, and values the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, budget, and preferences
Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and activities
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel
Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong passion for travel and hospitality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests remotely
Comfortable using online booking platforms and digital tools
Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful, but not required
