Were looking for a YouTube expert to join our team and help elevate our clients YouTube channels through organic growth strategies, video optimization, and creative insights.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced YouTube professional with a deep understanding of YouTube SEO, channel management, and video editing best practices. This role requires someone who not only manages channels but also ensures video content meets platform standards, maximizes reach, and drives organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management : Oversee and manage YouTube channels for multiple clients, ensuring all content aligns with their branding and growth goals.
SEO & Optimization : Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags using YouTube best practices. Ensure videos are optimized for search and discoverability.
Content Review : Watch videos in their entirety to identify errors, suggest improvements, and ensure content aligns with YouTubes standards for engagement and growth.
Video Strategies : Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including engagement techniques, ranking signals, and other proprietary methods to boost visibility and views.
Analytics & Reporting : Track channel performance, provide insights, and recommend adjustments based on data-driven analysis.
Collaboration : Work closely with editors, providing feedback on video edits, and ensuring final videos are engaging, polished, and aligned with YouTube trends and client goals.
Innovation : Bring new ideas, tools, and strategies to the table to continuously improve performance and results for clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, or related roles.
Strong understanding of YouTubes algorithm, ranking factors, and organic growth strategies.
Familiarity with video editing workflows and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Creative mindset for developing titles, descriptions, and strategies that engage and attract audiences.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing YouTube channels.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (C1 or C2 preferred).
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors or opportunities for improvement in videos.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar.
Knowledge of real estate content or industry trends is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple channels and clients simultaneously.
