• Responsible for warranty product submissions and cancellations
• Accounts payable entry and payment
• Problem resolutions of account related issues
• Balancing statements & finalizing data
• Additional responsibilities as needed

• Ability to manage a large volume of transactions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Critical thinking skills to discern different scenarios
• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• A professional appearance
• Strong communication and customer-service skills – both written and verbal
• Computer skills required: proficiency in Excel, ability to learn dealership specific software and navigate multiple websites
• Compensation based on knowledge and experience
