Job Description

Job Summary: The Cultivation Technician will work as part of the Cultivation Team to execute daily tasks including but not limited to vegetative propagation transplant pruning trellising harvesting irrigation IPM and cleaning/sanitizing with the goal of efficiently and effectively producing high quality cannabis flower while meeting timelines and adhering to all standards and regulations.

Salary:$18$20 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with the Cultivation Team to execute the production schedule.
• Propagation: Process cuttings Clone Maintenance Labeling Monitoring and Transplant
• Plant Maintenance: Environmental Monitoring Trellising Pruning Decongestion Defoliation Irrigation and
• Scouting
• Harvest: Chopping Plucking Cleaning/Sanitizing and Room Reset
• General cultivation area/tools/materials inventory organization and maintenance
• Environmental Data Collection using handheld instruments.
• IPM
• Irrigation: Minor plumbing repairs Nutrient inventory/stock maintenance Day Tank maintenance Nutrient
• maintenance and RO system maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all policies and SOPs.
• Willing to perform processing duties and other duties as needed.
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Working Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting standing kneeling bending walking and repetitive movements
• Will be required to wear PPE at times
• Prolonged exposure to humidity and high intensity artificial lights
• Must be able to move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend lift stretch climb and crawl while working with ladders and heights

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of cultivation experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check required
• Energetic team player willing to take direction and learn new skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
• Ability to work weekends holidays overtime and a flexible schedule when needed
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask with effective time management
• Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines
