About the Company:
We are a rapidly growing healthcare organization operating multiple assisted living and homecare entities. As we continue to expand, we need a visionary CFO who can streamline financial operations, optimize efficiency, and lead our finance team with strategic oversight.
Role Overview:We are seeking a hands-on CFO with 5-10 years of experience who can bring structure, implement best practices, and optimize processes. The CFO will report directly to the CEO/Owner and will oversee the Controller, Payroll, AP, and AR teams .
This is a leadership role requiring someone who is smart, detail-oriented, and highly strategic , with a proven track record in financial operations, process improvement, and team management . The ideal candidate will not only manage the numbers but also design the financial framework that supports our continued growth.

Must-Have Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a finance leadership role
Strong people skills – able to manage teams and interact with external stakeholders
Excellent time management & attention to detail
Experience supervising finance teams (including outsourced teams)
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
