As a Costco Brand Promoter you'll be the face of Next Door & Window and Infinity from Marvin, bringing excitement and energy to retail locations, trade shows, and events! You’ll engage with customers, spark meaningful conversations, and generate high-quality leads for our in-home consultation services. NEXT Door & Window is a window and door replacement company. We have been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We expanded into Madison Wisconsin in 2022 and expect revenue to double there in 2024. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization. Role Highlights:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers at retail locations, sparking interest in Infinity from Marvin window and door products while building meaningful connections and capturing valuable leads for consultations.
• Promotional Excellence: Set up and maintain eye-catching kiosk displays, ensuring a polished and inviting presentation that draws customers in and showcases our brand.
• Lead Generation: Skillfully capture and track lead information, turning every customer conversation into an opportunity for scheduling appointments and driving business growth.

Basic Requirements:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability a must
• Able to lift up to 40lbs

Compensation/Benefits

• Starts at $17.00 per hour
• Robust performance-based bonus structure (potential earnings: $22-$26/hr. with bonuses!)
