Current Screening Criteria

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English
• Flexible Availability (nights, weekends) is a must
• At least 1 year of past work experience in customer service or a restaurant is a must

Wage $16.60/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. 
• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing food items, including cooking, assembling, and packaging orders. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Cash Handing: Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide accurate change to customers. Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. 
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep dining area, kitchen and restrooms clean and organized. 
• Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team! Assisting your team during busy periods to maintain a great dining experience for our guest! 

Skills and Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills: A friendly demeanor is a MUST for interacting with our customers. 
• Ability to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. 
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order taking and food preparation to maintain high Lawrence's standards. 
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time including lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally. 
• Team Player: Willingness to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
