We’re a boutique dental practice led by a husband and wife team, and we're currently looking for an experienced PART or FULL-Time Front Desk Business Team Member to join our close-knit crew.

We are searching for that bright, positive presence to join us — someone who will be the friendly face and voice of our practice, as the Scheduling Coordinator is both the first and/or last point of contact for our patients.

Your warm smile and upbeat energy should radiate through every interaction, making patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

The ideal candidate will confidently manage the daily operations of the front office, including:

• Patient scheduling and record keeping
• Presenting financial treatment plans
• Managing accounts receivable and the recall/recare system
• Ensuring the front office is organized, clean, and running smoothly

Must have prior DENTAL experience for this position, or be a FAST LEARNER

Our office hours are:

• Monday 9 am-5 pm
• Tuesday 9 am-5 pm
• Wednesday 9 am-5 pm
• Thursday 9 am-5 pm
• Friday 9 am-4 pm (One Friday per month is 7:30 am-2:30 pm) 
• Saturday 8 am-2 pm

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Desirable: 2 years of experience with a DENTAL front office. We will consider a highly motivated, coachable, detail-oriented professional who we would train on the job.
• Experience with Dentrix Practice Management Software, Dental Insurance Verification and Treatment Planning, and Presentation.
• Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your ultimate integrity and ethical standards.
• A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
• Customer service and patient relations experience. Quick response/accurate data entry.
• Experience and true understanding of what it means to ENGINEER the appointment book effectively.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial option plans and presenting plan options to patient at the end of their appointment.
• Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, DETAIL ORIENTED, and an ability to always see room for improvement within one's own performance. 
• MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and document well.
