We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Email Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring that each message is engaging, targeted, and aligned with brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, code, and deploy visually appealing email marketing messages using HTML.
• Use existing email templates to enhance messaging and branding across campaigns.
• Integrate new email copy into templates, aligning with each brand's promotional calendar.
• Manage the email marketing platform, segmenting and targeting the right audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure error-free email content.
• Follow best practices for deliverability, responsiveness, and user experience in all emails.
• Maintain and clean email lists for data hygiene and effective segmentation.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with HTML and proficiency in a major email service provider (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Experience managing and customizing email templates and updating content for campaigns.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to seek clarification as needed.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices.
• A collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset.
