Job Title: Structural Steel Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Steel Estimator/Project Manager to oversee estimating and project management for structural steel construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both estimating and managing the execution of steel erection and fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steel projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
* Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to develop comprehensive bids.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather quotes and resolve project issues.
* Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
* Prepare and manage change orders and RFIs (Requests for Information).
* Oversee project scheduling and ensure all work is completed according to contract terms.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in structural steel estimating and/or project management.
* Strong knowledge of structural steel construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
* Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
