A Day In The Life
The Senior Finance and Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the treasury department with a focus on, financial analysis, financial reporting, daily liquidity management supporting financial transactions, and addressing operational requests for both internal and external customers.

As a Sr Fin & Treasury Analyst you will:

  • Lead financial analyses for enterprise-wide corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure decisions, interest rate and FX risk management, and ad-hoc projects for process improvement.
  • Primary treasury resource for financial planning, including:
  • the budget and forecast cycle for treasury department and the in-house bank;
  • monthly cash flow planning and reporting for treasury related activities; and
  • monthly reporting for executive leadership on treasury related functions including financing activities, the in-house bank and KPIs for customer service
  • Thought leadership for the organization on process improvements to maintain the quality, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the treasury function and systems.
  • Supporting the treasury manager and treasury analyst with an array of treasury operational matters including:
  • daily cash positioning, in-house banking, cash pooling and liquidity management.
  • monitoring outstanding treasury requests to ensure the department maintains a focus on customer service and prescribed KPIs.
  • maintaining current treasury records, policies, and controls; and
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting, including debt compliance.
  • Assist treasury leadership in various special projects and other requirements including, but not limited to:
  • Serve as a business partner to operational departments to support key business decisions associated with cash management and forecasting.
  • New system implementations and process changes.
  • Assisting with enterprise-wide investment management.
  • Assist in accounting, treasury, and industry research as needed;
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university. Req
  • Master's Degree Pref
  • 4-8 years related experience and/or training in corporate finance, treasury, consulting or investment banking. Required
  • Excel, Power BI and other analytic tools a plus Preferred
  • Orientation to finding new tools or technologies to improve processes. Preferred

The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
