Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for our client in Brookville, IN. This is an opportunity to work with a company committed to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Location: Brookville, IN
• Pay: Up to $110K annually
• Shifts Available: 1st Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across three plant locations
• Conduct daily audits, safety observations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and best practices
• Lead safety training programs and collaborate with teams to improve workplace safety culture
• Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage environmental compliance programs, including air permits, stormwater, and spill prevention

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing role
• 5+ years in a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) leadership position
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication, training, and organizational skills
• Experience conducting audits, risk analysis, and compliance reporting
