Job Description

Description of the role: The Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and used vehicles at Acura of Avon. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of various automotive models and features. The Sales Associate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide information about available vehicles, and facilitate the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
• Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, and features.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
