**Overview** ABM is looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for our Aviation accounts in the OKC area. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. **Pay:** $13.65/hr **Shift:** M-F 8a to 430pm **Responsibilities:** + Use of a golf cart to pick up and keep parking lot clean + Use of a blower to push trash and debris into open space + Cleaning the grass areas and islands of the commercial facility + Empty trash receptacles sometimes by hand, and transport waste to the disposal area + Use the truck vacuum, pan, and broom to remove debris from the paved/ grass areas. + Notify management of any damages or repairs needed + Performs other duties as required **Experience:** + Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred + Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong attention to detail and time management skills **Working Conditions and Physical Demands:** + Working conditions are frequently outdoors with exposure to temperature variations; occasional exposure to damp/wet surfaces, cramped areas, noise, fumes, and dust + Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying of 10-25 lbs and occasionally 60lbs; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate cash register + Subject to: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and reaching to perform the essential functions **Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must have a valid Drivers License and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
