Now Hiring: Porter / Groundskeeper | Weekly Pay | $15-16/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep common areas clean and welcoming (pick up trash, sweep, wipe down surfaces)
• Help maintain curb appeal of the property (leaf blowing, pressure washing, etc.)
• Assist with light painting, bulb replacements, and minor touch-up work
• Move or remove bulk items as needed (furniture, appliances, etc.)
• Deliver flyers or notices to residents
• Support the maintenance team and property staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Friendly attitude and a team-player mindset
• No experience necessary — we’ll train the right candidates!
