Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist and Partner

Location: Des Plaines IL hybrid work environment

Base Salary: $90100K base plus bonus depending on experience

Job Summary: This position is an individual contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations including employee relations talent acquisition performance management benefits administration compliance and more.

Key Points & Responsibilities:

• 7 plus years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist capacity
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience if no degree
• Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA ADA FLSA and EEO
• PHR or SHRM certification is required
• Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations providing guidance on performance management
• Work with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations
• Experience with management to address employee development workforce planning and organizational design needs
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions including interviewing and onboarding
