Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Link Building & Backlinking
* Research, acquire, and optimize high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority.
* Manage existing backlinks, fixing broken links and evaluating their performance.
* Develop strategic link-building campaigns using guest blogging, directory submissions, and more.
* Monitor backlink impact, adjusting tactics to drive rankings and traffic.
On-Page SEO Optimization
* Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content strategies and site improvements.
* Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
* Collaborate with developers and content teams to embed SEO best practices from the start.
* Audit the website regularly for technical SEO health and user experience improvements.
Strategic Integration
* Align SEO efforts with overarching marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.
* Stay current on the latest trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Proven SEO experience with measurable results in both link-building and on-page SEO.
* Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills for outreach and relationship building.
* Analytical mindset for interpreting SEO metrics and refining strategies.
* Knowledge of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
